Head Coach Brendon Vella has coached thousands of young cricketers through his work with Cricket NSW and All Round Institute of Cricket (formerly Vella’s Cricket Academy). His combined playing and coaching experience has shaped a deep understanding of the game — not only from a technical perspective, but also across the tactical, mental, and performance aspects of both cricket and athlete development.
Brendon is known for his ability to identify critical technical inefficiencies and communicate clear, practical feedback that allows players to understand, adjust, and apply improvements with confidence.
