Nikhil Thokala is an Intermediate Coach with All Round Institute of Cricket, working primarily with athletes in the Blacktown region.

A current First Grade fast-bowling all-rounder with UNSW Cricket Club, Nikhil brings high-level playing experience and a strong understanding of the demands of Premier Cricket. His coaching is grounded in modern training principles, with a focus on helping developing cricketers build solid technical foundations while learning how to apply their skills effectively in match situations.

Nikhil works closely with players progressing through the junior and intermediate stages of development, placing emphasis on:
